We are pleased to announce that CKF had been successful in once more meeting the new Investors in People (IIP) standards, meaning that we retain this prestigious accreditation.

IIP is a standard for people management which was started by the UK government in 1991. In 2017 they became an independent, not-for-profit organisation. Maintaining IIP status is a recognition that we as an organisation, despite a difficult 18 months, look to improve performance and realise our business objectives through the management and development of our people.

We'd like to thank every member of our team who worked hard organising and supporting the IIP assessment, along with the rest of our employees. Without their help Charles Kendall Freight would not be what it is today. This is about more than just a qualification; it's a promise to continue to strive to live up to everything the accreditation means in how we work together.
