Note that universities and immigration authorities may ask to see evidence that you have adequate financial resources.  Annual tuition fees for first (bachelor) degrees are in the range £5,750 to £7,000 for classroom-based subjects. Laboratory-based science subjects are rather more expensive, typically in the range £7,000 to £8,500. Additional living costs will depend on your personal lifestyle. United States
There is very great variation in the academic standing of different universities and the fees which they charge. The total annual cost of fees, room and board in a reputable university could be as little as $14,000 or greatly in excess of $20,000. These figures do not include any provision for personal expenditure or local travel. Medical care may also involve significant expenditure.

Australia
Typically, annual tuition fees for undergraduate courses will be in the range Aus $10,000 to $15,000 with laboratory-based courses towards the top of the range. Average yearly living expenses maybe amount to Aus $12,000 to $13,000, including some allowance for local travel and personal expenses.  All the above costs are for you alone. Additional living expenses will arise if you are accompanied by members of your family.
