Charles Kendall Consulting, along with a German partner, has been appointed as Procurement and Fiscal Agents for the US$540 million Millennium Challenge Corporation Programme in Senegal.

Through critical infrastructure investments in roads and irrigation sectors, the programme aims to enable improved agricultural productivity, and expand access to markets and services.
