  • Accounts Administrator (Procurement)

    South Kensington

    Working within a small team and reporting to our Procurement Manager, you are responsible for processing all invoices received for payment and for undertaking the payment of all creditors in an accurate, efficient and timely manner.

    The role:

    Processing accounts and incoming payments; performing day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables’ data; liaising with freight companies to raise sales invoices; updating the system to raise VAT certificates of shipment; preparing bills and invoices; reconciling the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted and assisting with the administration of our ISO 9001 accreditation.

    The person:

    You have proven experience within an accounts team, preferably as an invoice clerk and a solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable principles. With a proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records, your data entry skills along with a knack for numbers are beyond reproach. We expect you to have a minimum AAT level 2 or equivalent level of qualification.
