Marketing Executive - Far East
Our Far East operations are growing rapidly and we need a China-based Marketing Executive to support our traditional supply chain services as well as the newer Amazon FBA and Projects work. Responsibility will include the ordering and distribution of global merchandise requirements, local ordering for printed matter and branded uniform, brand guardianship, internal and external news communications, upkeep of the CRM database and coordinating annual events and conferences. The successful candidate will report to the Marketing Manager in the UK but will have in-country support from our Chinese branch Managers and our Far East Director based in Hong Kong.
In this role you will experience the full range of the marketing tactics in a global company large enough to offer a broad range of responsibility but small enough to still have a close-knit and informal internal working culture.
You will need:
Fluency in English and Chinese languages.
Be highly organised, have excellent attention to detail and be calm under pressure
Be confident, have your own ideas and show initiative skills
Have a passion for marketing and demonstrate a solid grasp of marketing theory
Experience in B2B business environment would be a bonus.
Job will require some travel in Far East and occasionally to the UK (expenses reimbursed).
Completed a Marketing degree and minimum of 1 year working experience in a B2B Marketing role would be a bonus.
From CNY¥95000.00 per annum. Starting by September 1st 2017

Business Analyst/IT, Project Manager

Based at our Feltham (Heathrow) HQ and reporting directly to the MD, you will provide the bridge between our diverse client base, and our internal IT Team. Working on, e.g. 3PL, ecommerce and EDI solutions for our clients, you will also analyse our business processes, and will have responsibility for reviewing business efficiency and recommending solutions. Your day to day accountabilities will include: acting as a liaison between the business and its clients and our IT Team; Interpreting data on workflows; providing solutions to improve efficiency; writing reports, instructions, and specifications and creating flow charts, agreeing deliverables and then delivering.
5-10 years experience as a Business Analyst. Any experience in the world of Freight would also be favourably considered. In short, you are a tried and tested IT Project Manager.
£30-£55K, depending on experience
